Is my conversation recorded?
Canvasara does not record or store your video call. Optional audio transcription can create a text version of the conversation.
What is stored temporarily?
Live tools temporarily store content to keep participants in sync and recover from brief disconnections. That content is then removed automatically.
How does audio transcription work?
Audio transcription uses AI to turn the conversation into text. AI runs locally in your browser, on your own device. Audio is not sent to an AI cloud service for this processing.
You can save the text or share it by email through a secure link. When shared, the file is stored temporarily on Canvasara.
What account data do you keep?
We keep data such as your name, email address and security information to manage and protect your account. The privacy statement explains what we process and your rights.
